The left rear taillight still has scratches and is cracked. I was told all Geico reps were gone, at a meeting. I reluctantly took my car after being told the message would be passed along and the tail light cover would be replaced.

Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. Service was prompt. Rental car was ready and extremely convenient. I showed up 15 minutes before the office opened in the morning and the staff rolled with it and handled everything early with no obligation to even let me in the building early. Repairs were very quick and the car was clean inside and out. As good as new!

Customer service was great...but after I had a chance to really take a look at my car... I found a piece of molding that was not attached and could have easily blown off of my vehicle (it was laying in the crevice where my windshield wipers live). The front of my vehicle (hood) also looks slightly crooked and not properly aligned. I will be coming back to have this looked at. Thank you.

The car is fixed properly but all it needed was a new front bumper I got it in early on Tuesday morning. Thursday they called to say it wouldn't be ready till Friday. Since whoever hit my car just left I was responsible for paying the rental car. They said too bad we can't finish till Friday When I told them I had been a loyal customer, but I would never return suddenly within a few hours my car was done
