I was a little disappointed with the time estimate for my repair. I received a call last Tuesday (12/27) that my truck would likely be ready for pickup on Wednesday (12/28). I finally had to call Friday (12/30), which was the originally scheduled pick up day. I found out on that phone call that the wrong part was received, and that my truck would likely be ready for pick up on January 2. I understand that mistakes happen, I do a lot of ordering for my company. Its a little upsetting that it was discovered the wrong part was delivered 3 days after the pick up day was set. I did pick my truck up yesterday and am completely satisfied with the job other than the previous issue. I don't like to be critical, just offering my opinion. Thank you for taking such good care of my truck and for cleaning it too!

my front driver side and passenger side rims were not fixed,and door panels that were torn while it was there,was not fixed.they was not like that when it went in to have the outside scratches fixed.the insurance person i spoke with prior to my car going in to be repaired said they would be fixed.

Appt was made **** week in advance with an estimated 2 day turnaround which became 3 days because a part needed to still be sent in-upon advise of the person I made the appt with, the earlier i got the car in that Monday (after Xmas day) the better the chance of the estimated turnaround barring any unexpected findings under the body that was estimated to be fixed. The car was dropped off at 7:45am Monday the 26th. And was ready wed at 3:00 pm. So it was a situation of waiting to get the part that was estimated to be fixed week begire

Sarah and Larry were very professional and helpful. When i got home i noticed the gap on the right side between bumper and headlight was alot bigger than the left. The gap on the sides of the hood was also obvious. Again everyone i talked to was great. Just need some adjustments with the repair. Thanks.

Initial estimate was off by over 2 weeks and not all issues were resolved. Appears the vehicle was not tested to see if everything was working before hand off. My vehicle as of today is still being fix and now over 3 weeks.

Got my vehicle home. Supposed to be a new hood. Doesn't line up well and it looks like someone buffed it incorrectly so there are sand paper-like scratches all along the passenger side. I'll be coming back in this week to have this corrected.

Vinart does the best job around. Car was perfectly restored. My **** complaint was that my HID lights were not reinstalled and my LED fog light bulbs are no where to be found. They were not Cheap and un damaged when the car was brought in.
