The interior of the car had damage that was not addressed. The underside of the glove box was knocked off & dropped down to passenger foot area. That was not fixed. The adjuster said it would need a clip. Simple it sounded but not done.

Generally I was satisfied. However, about a week into the repair I was informed that a part (piece of trim) was back ordered. Ideally, all parts should be in hand before a repair is started. What should have taken a few days turned into almost a month and I still have to return for installation of the trim.
