Overall we were very satisfied. My only issue was that we had some damage to the right front passenger rim that was not properly buffed out, or replaced. We did not bother to reach out about it as it is minor, but it was something I had noted when we were first called about the repair and time estimate.
Also, a large piece of old rubber hood trim\molding was left in the back seat along with the old broken windshield washer nozzles.
Again, overall the repair work and service were excellent but these few items leave a small "ding" in our overall satisfaction.

There are two chips at both ends of the spoiler that are in vulnerable spots and will only get worse. These were not there before. The spoiler was replaced when my car went in for repair and I would like to have it replaced. Thank you.

We felt that we were not kept informed on exactly what was going on . We received texts but they were not accurate on the date of completion . We also had to make several calls to find out what was going on with our vehicle. The work appeared to be done well it was just frustrating that it took longer than expected .

Car was not completed when ‘promised’. When the car was not going to be ready on time I should have been notified. Instead I had to call to get information. I was told one thing on Monday to have Melissa call the next day to tell me there was a longer delay. She said Travis told her to call, issue was not with the moulding (that was told to me the day before) and she didn’t know where I got that info. When I asked for Travis to call me she told me why because he wasn’t going to tell me anything different. She had no answers or reasons and was annoyed I was asking for them. It is my understanding that I was suppose to get text updates and I got nothing other than an initial text, car completed and now a survey. This is the exact opposite experience that I had from the first time I dropped it off **** ****/2yrs ago when I needed my car repaired. On another note the car looked great and we are very happy with how it was repaired. It is the customer service part that is lacking this time and was very frustrating.
