What the **** is all I have to say. I had my boss accept my car because I was out of town on friday. I just got back and went to pick my car up from my job (sunday) and the front driver seat is still not correct, I know that because my center console doesn't open correctly, **** is falling off of my interior door handle, my front bumper is not blended, there is some sort of extra piece in my glove box, the seal on the front and back driver side doors is falling off, there's paint smudge on the front panel, it says the headliner was replaced however, my front driver seat still has marks from where the door was crunched into it, the estimate for the work was 8900 and the total is way over the value of my car. KBB estimated a sell to a dealer at 11000 at very good condition and the total repairs for my vehicle were over 12000. Brought my car to Honda because I expected it to be done correct considering it's the brand being sold on site however my car looks nothing like it should and I am very unhappy. I refuse to take delivery of this car until it fixed properly so because my car is not fixed as it should have been I am with out a car and needing to be at two jobs and school. Not to mention, you've been fixing my car for over a month.all of these issues should have been fixed already, I was told everything was checked and double checked and was working fine but it is absolutely not. My car looks worse than it did prior to my accident.

The people were concerned about fixing the car correctly. Jeff was outstanding and accommodating. The gentleman that came out and cleaned the grass from the lawn care had the best attitude and his diligence was appreciated. I trust you let him know his positive attitude was noticed.
