Exceptional service! I was rear-ended and had to bring my car in for repairs, with damage to both bumpers. Not only did I have my car back in less than 2 days, but they provided me with regular updates on the status of the repairs, a rental car that included pick up and drop off service and when my car was returned, it was washed & waxed! Everyone I dealt with, made the stress of getting a car repaired after an accident virtually disappear. Thanks to Jeff and the entire team at the Kuhn Collision Center!

I was very surprised that after 1800 worth of bodywork on several areas of my car, it was not detailed before I was allowed to pick it up.
There were also a couple of spots that were missed that I asked to be repaired and said I would pay for out of pocket.

I appreciate very much that you redid the paint job when I noticed bubbling on the first attempt. And I appreciate the fast service. My dissatisfaction is that the drivers side floor and left foot rest were covered with dried mud/dirt when I picked it up. I have only had the car one month and I had been very careful keeping it as clean as possible and now there is dried mud I have to clean because I guess your shop doesn't do courtesy clean up after a job.

Already commented! We asked if they could address tire light on! When my husband picked up car , agent said he tried and that it was complicated! We have had this happen4 or 5 times! What needs to be done is check tire pressures and then add air and the light goes out! Front end looks great including paint! I guess my comment is about going the extra mile which service guy did not! Maybe he was not aware of how to do it or maybe he didn't want to do it?????? 10 minutes at most!!!
