I would only use old Jonesborough auto for my vehicles. Their attention to detail is outstanding, and their new text alerts kept me up to date on the repair process. Customer service was wonderful! The estimate was quickly done and coordinated with my insurance company USAA. While the car was in the shop, I appreciated the daily text messages with updates that Darla sent. The repair work was excellent. The Subaru was also sparkling clean on pickup. I appreciated the coordination with enterprise car rental. Most of my interaction was with Darla who was outstanding especially with regard to communication. I wish other businesses had this high level of customer service and communication! I had to wait a month for an opening on the schedule but I’m very glad I waited ! Thank you for being outstanding!
