When someone brings their car in and another insurance company is repairing it, I think it’s very important to go over the paperwork and let the customer know what they’ll owe. I showed the paperwork to front desk girl and she said “don’t worry, we will bill them for the rest”. Come to find out, I owed an additional $200 that I wasn’t aware of. This is also on the other insurance company and maybe my ignorance for not understanding it, but I was not expecting to pay that. I even asked before hand and was just told “don’t worry”... overall, the paint job is great, but please explain to customers what they are going to owe, because the insurance companies aren’t always great at communicating that. Thank you.
