From start to finish this was as pleasant an experience as possible after being involved in an accident. When I dropped off my car the office and staff were very pleasant and inviting. They were also very professional and accommodating. I was sent text updates on the status of the repairs which was very helpful. My car was ready early...a nice surprise. I was very pleased with how my car looked. There was a noise when I drove it home. I took it back the next morning and within minutes the source of the noise was discovered, fixed and I was back on the road. I highly recommend John Harris Body Shop!
