My clicker was returned missing 2 pieces. Lady up front took it to the back to fix it once and it came apart, took it to the back a second time to fix and when given back to me it broke then the 3rd time she gave it back now key stayed stuck to the car. It’s not her fault nor anyone up front. This is whoever performed labor on my car or was in possession of my keys for 2 weeks who should be held responsible. Still don’t have my car.

I understand that the replacement glass couldn’t be ordered until side panel was replaced,, but 3 weeks without my van was a LONG time, with what appeared to be delays due to miscommunications with suppliers. New suppliers or better ordering methods may be needed to be more efficient repair service. The staff and communications were excellent!
