Receptionist was very sassy and didn’t seem eager to help customers in the slightest. Both when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up I was met with unpleasant encounters with her. Made the process much more frustrating and confusing than necessary. Other than that I am very satisfied with the repair and loved how clean my car was given back to me.

When I received my car after service my auxillary cord had been removed.
