My car has not been repaired. It was returned to me with a cover up, disguised as a replacement bumper!

The bumper does not fit. The left tail light hasoisture in it and there it a god awful mess around the gas tank opening . I was presented with papers to sign without even seeing the vehicle repair. Extremely disappointed in the quality of work.that is just the beginning.

There are a few things that don't work post repairs. I feel like they should walk the car the customer when it is complete to make sure things are complete, just as they walked vehicle prior to repairs. They took my money and sent me on my way.

I am now but was disappointed to be told it was ready only to get there and see what appeared to be a botched job. If the entire passenger side had been washed upon my arrival I would have been in and out in minutes. As it was I had to wait an extra 15 minutes while it was washed. Matt said it was because they cleaned a spot to match the color. I understand and am pleased none the less.
