Repairs were done but communication could have been better, if there were multiple times I was told I would be called and I had to be the one to call or go by because no one would answer

I like the fact that I got a quick update, within 2 days after dropping my car off, from the manager to let me know that the parts were in and when my car would be ready. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. I also like the carwise feature that lets me know who I’m dealing with. I think the only thing that can be improved is having the carwise status updated. It didn’t show my car had been started on until the day my car was ready. Other than that, everything was great.

Just got my car back today, work seems to up to my expectations. Surprised that the repair cost was very low. It amazes me, it was much less than I expected, but I am hoping that all necessary repairs were done. I would have appreciated if an explanation of what and why the estimate. Also, I would expect someone to personally go over the pre-estimate and also when I pick up my car. I was given the keys and asked to drive off, but when I went to the car, the dashboard was giving all kinds of errors. But when I went back, all my concerns were taken care off. I was very pleased with the service I received from John Harris Body Shop. I only complaints I had is that no one want over the vehicle with me and ask me if I had any problems/questions about the work. Also no one showed me were my vehicle was at and no one took me to my vehicle. I took my car back because the bike rack was not connected correctly and I had to take the vehicle back to get it corrected and it was corrected but if the car was checked before I pick it up they would have know about it.
