I understand that I signed an authorization for repairs but my understanding was that I was to receive a phone call or email with the estimate, confirm this estimate and then go forward with repairs. Had to give you power of attorney. Give me a break. Milked car rental. I could have taken my car home and driven until ready to be repaired Stupid text messages but no response when I texted back. Had to call another of your repair shops to get in touch with you because at almost 11am phone still on night service, rental associates were great though!
