Just a side note for hybrids, there is typically a 2nd coolant reservoir that must be filled completely. Sometimes it has to be driven to force the thermostat open so it'll take more fluid. Had to add about ****/3 of a new jug of 50/50.
Not complaining, just noting for you all in the future. (I had to do some digging to find this info)

All service went very well. The most unique action Ron Noris personnel took was when I called them and let them know I was in an emergency situation with a leaking fuel tank. When I arrived at Ron Noris, service personnel took immediate action to secure my vehicle and cover the leak. After the vehicle was secured, they allowed me the use of their phones to connect with my insurance company and to get everything started. Thank you very much

Car repair was exceptional. However, during repair, the removed a floor mat from the vehicle and it was difficult dealing with Ron Norris Honda in getting them to locate the floor mat and return our inquiry phone calls. In the end, they found the lost floor mat and apologized on the phone but were not overly friendly to us when we went to pick up the item.
