The car took longer than expected and quoted to be completed. I had to pay for my rental car and the delay doubled my price as I had to pay for an additional 4 days of a rental. I also thought after having my car for an additional 4 days tha it would have come back completely cleaned inside and out.

Erica did a fantastic job managing my repairs. After being rear ended non-fault, I was very frustrated to have to deal with this.
