I'd say we were 92% satisfied. All were friendly and the needs of the car were communicated and taken care of well. ****. I was under the impression that we would receive a loaner car the first week. This is why we went to this location. We received it the third week. When driving the loaner car above 60 on a curve on the highway, it did not feel stable. 2. The outside of the car was clean but I thought the inside would be cleaned as well. It was still dirty/dusty from the car repair.

Did a great job in a timely matter. My SUV looked brand new as well as nice and clean...would definitely recommend!
