I liked getting the text message status updates until it sent me the date that the vehicle would be ready which turned out to be about 2 weeks early which created a false sense of hope. I would suggest turning this feature off. Also, toward the end I had to call to get status updates whereas at the beginning of the process sow one would call me with status updates
