Initial communication was lacking. I had my car towed from another shop and it would've been nice to know that it arrived and it is being looked at. I had to call in for my first status check a few days later. On a positive note it did improve... for a while. Then towards the finish line, I got more calls from my insurance with updates to my car. Great work on the repairs though, no issues, thanks!

When I was called for the survey, one of the questions referred to the amount of Tim between when I chose Service King and when I was contacted by Service King for an appointment for my repair. I can't remember exactly, I think they asked if I was contacted within 24 hours, but I had to answer "no", because it was about a week before I was contacted. That was the only thing I felt could have been better. You were great!
