The team did a great job and were very accommodating. If I had one suggestion it would be to upgrade, change, or discontinue your system generated text messages. I received appointment confirmation texts days AFTER my appointments and texts saying my car would be ready 3 days out on the day it was ready. There should be a way to fix this and, if not, the service should be discontinued.

Failed to refill transmission fluid (after replacing **** cooler) and failed to test drive after I had already expressed concern about possible **** damage from potential overheating. After picking up vehicle that was supposed to be done, was about one mile from shop when I had to turn around due to **** failure. Vehicle now needs to be taken to **** shop to be thoroughly checked out.
Rest of repair work (from deer collision) was excellent, and completed ahead of schedule. Too bad they overlooked the ****.
