Great customer service and follow-ups!!! Joshua Alvarez was awesome!

I had previously had work done on this car in a previous accident. After getting my car back from that first accident my car didn't drive the same and I just wasn't satisfied with the service. I also tried to get explanations of what was wrong with my vehicle and how they fixed it and it really was an explain that well in previous services. So when it came to my second accident service King was recommended so highly that I decided to go with your service. When I came to pick up my car the manager took the time to go over my needs and was completely honest with me about everything. Not only did you come highly recommended but you stood up to that reputation and in this kind of business were people get ripped off all the time that's saying something. I believe you guys are true to your word and you do an amazing job and the results pay off and it shows. No matter how my car came to you guys, and no matter how bad or good of a job another place did, you decided to do the right thing fix it and be right by your customer. For that I cannot thank you enough and I will recommend you to several people every time because it's folks like you that make a difference and people should be honored to bring their cars to a loyal and trustworthy service. I can't thank the staff and personnel that worked on my vehicle enough as you took that extra mile and step to do a great job and a honest job.

Not only is my car repaired, it's clean and pretty! I was kept informed on the progress of the repairs, which I really appreciated.

My only feedback would be if car isn't ready when you say it will be please make a call to your customer. Otherwise great service and friendly staff. I love that you detail inside and out

Your team was fantastic. They helped me deal with the insurance companies, and finished my repair in only two days. The front office staff were really great making sure the repairs were done correctly and keeping me informed. Best of all my truck has not been this clean since the day I brought it home new. Service is not complete yet. Parts are back orderd. The car is only half complete. What's complete looks good.
