I have been out of town while the truck was being repaired and have not been able to inspect the truck. But the communication of progress has been fantastic my service rep was great at keeping my truck in mind and took care of it without me having to be there and that was a huge burden lifted. They handled all communication with Hertz rental which was unexpected and kept me regularly informed with the progress of the vehicle repair. I was also impressed by the color matching on my bumper.
