We've had 3 jobs completed at Gate City and they are always topnotch. The recent one on my Corolla was excellent too, although it took longer than planned from **** week to 3 weeks. Maybe it was due to delays with parts due to Covid?

As an insurance adjuster/appraiser for 26 years I was satisfied with the finished product. However, it appears that the computer should have resetted the tire pressure monitor system (The rim had been changed). The light actually went on about 2 mi down the road. I would expect an up-to-date body shop would keep up with technology.

The workmanship was excellent....the rental went very smoothly. my only suggestion is with the communication. Everyone I talked with was very customer focused, but the link between AAA and Gate City could've been better. AAA would say one thing and Gate City another. Not sure where the fault lies there. But I am totally happy with the outcome.
