I was told it would take 35 days to complete my repairs. It took over 2 ****/2 months. I had to keep calling them to receive updates on my car. The would tell me they’ll call me to give updates and I would never hear from them. When I finally did receive my car, everything wasn’t completed so I have to return so they can finish. My car also makes a really loud and weird sound now. And it knocks in the middle where the compartment is. You can feel it while you drive it. I’m not sure what they did, but my car has never made that sound before. Now I have to take it back to them to fix it AGAIN.

Overall, I was happy with the finished product. However, I was not pleased at the continual changes in my completion date. I can understand when a product is damaged during shipping, but to receive a phone call on the day I was suppose to pick my car up, telling me that the mirror was also damaged is a bit ridiculous. And to then receive texts that stated one completion time and date, and three hours later receive another with yet another change was very aggravating. I have had nothing but good dealings with Woods Autommotive, however this time I was not pleased with the overall experience. I will continue to recommend people and will likely return if I ever need any work done, but the continual changes was hard to deal with.

Woods has completed insurance claim work on two separate vehicles I have owned. The work HAS BEEN EXCELLENT each time! It is impossible for people to notice repairs have been done and that IS GREAT!
