It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Otis Ford Body Repair. Brian is very affable, and, the repair was done very promptly. An extra benefit was that the car was clean when I picked it up!!!! It had looked like a mess when I dropped it off!!

My Jeep looks brand "new" not only on outside BUT inside! I have two bulldogs who I take to the ocean almost daily. My Jeep had more sand inside then the beach....LOL! I couldn't be more pleased with Otis Autobody Shop. They update you about how they are progressing and even provide a date when to expect it to be done.....which it is!!! Although it is heartbreaking when your car needs such repair....the management always makes you feel 'all is okay'' !!! Bryan , the manager is amazing. He picked up damage to my Jeep that I never saw until he pointed it out. I highly recommend this wonderful team.
