Personally, I’ve got nothing but appreciation for Justin. This is the second time I’ve worked with him in the past 6 months and his customer service is beyond exceptional. He’s gone above and beyond, and I’ve made several referrals to **** Collison since my first experience. As for the technicians, I haven’t met them personally, but the quality of work is second to none. I’m hoping no more collisions in the near future, but will definitely go nowhere except **** Collision in the future.

My experience with **** Collision was excellent from the start. The appointment process was quick and easy. Justin evaluated my car, told me everything that was going on, and gave me a quick estimate. When I took the car in for repair, they kept me up to date on the progress. When I picked up my car after repairs were complete, it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor!

As anyone who has been in an accident knows, worrying about getting your car fixed correctly is a big concern. The first contact I had with **** Collision was a recommendation from my insurance company, USAA. But before I went, I gave them a call, and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was professional and courteous and put forth the effort to tell me the best time to come in (after the lunch hour). When I walked into the **** Collision office, the first person I talked with was the receptionist. She was professional and very nice to talk with and quickly set me up with Justin to review my car. Justin was also professional and seemed very interested in getting my car fixed correctly. He was up-front about the process and walked me through the process. He explained how I would be contacted (carwise updates) and made it easy if I needed to contact him. When the car was ready, it seems everything has been fixed and done very well. In short, **** Collision made the process go well by being transparent, professional, and concerned about my car. Thanks for all your help!
