I've had my vehicle into Northside a few times now. Each time I've encountered friendly, professional people who are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure the job is done right and in a timely manner. I've recommended the Baldwinsville location to several friends and associates, and will continue to do so. Good job.

I had left work earthly to pick up my finished vehicle and the repair to the mirror was not completed plus there were lines on the door what looked like buffing marks and I was told they were probably left from slipping it with a towel and would wash off, so after passing my deductible and expecting to pick up my car I was not able to and will be contacted Thursday when I'm hoping to hear that my mirror has been fully repaired and the paint on my door looks acceptable. So I'm looking forward to a stellar job being performed as I am currently very dissatisfied
