Tiffany and Matt were very friendly and helpful. I had to wait a few days for a part but a clean comfortable loaner car was available to use. When complete my car was cleaner than when I dropped it off and looked amazing! Thank you!

Good news - my car looks like a new car, thank you. Well done. Also, Joanna was calm, professional and helpful. She was absolutely my 'go to'. Downside - an appointment is an appointment. Don't say it if you don't mean it! Every commitment - from initial drop-off to completion - was missed. Every one. I received a text that my vehicle was 53% done (really 53%?!) but my appointment to reclaim my completed vehicle was only a 'hoped for' date and time. Net; great end result - but the process was so frustrating I won't return.
