Everything was fine and they did a nice job on the vehicle however, they were supposed to keep the old tire and wheel so I could use it as a spare and they did not. Nick even said they had it written down but did not see it until after they threw it away. That did not make me happy.

The repairs were done quicker than the initial forecast, longer than I would have hoped normally, but as it is a hybrid vehicle obtaining the OEM parts from Hyundai took a bit. I looks like new, and I am happy to have my "toy" back. Thanks, hope not to have to use you again though! :-)

I have specific comments on the 2 different shops my car was sent to. Cicero. Your manager and the person who updated me on the status of my car at this cicero location were outstanding and went above and beyond to help me given the incompetence of your east Syracuse location. I wanted to thank him personally, but was running behind when I picked up my car yesterday. East Syracuse. If I had to deal with this location again, I would use a hammer and repair my car myself. When I dropped off my car here, they said it would be approx. 3-4 weeks (and I understand things comes up and assumed it might take 5 weeks). From what I understand, the car sat here for 2 weeks and then without telling me, transferred it to cicero which started the 3-4 week clock again. They never told me this and the only reason I knew is that the email updates (which tells you nothing), said my car was done after 2 wks and I was getting a survey on experience. I left work to come over, turn in the rental, and just before getting there, called e syr and they told me, no that's wrong as the email doesn't really work. I then asked the status and they told me nothing was done, but they were busy and moved it to cicero. I asked about an update and they said "you can call them and ask". I then got another email on 6/29 saying it be another 40 days (mid august). If it wasn't for your helpful people in cicero (that agreed to cover the rental after the insurance ran out), i would have taken it somewhere else.
