Nick and the Northside team that took care of my car shared a little bit of themselves with me and showed just how much they care about you and your family's safety. To them each car or truck is so much more then metal and plastic.

The van looks great. The only thing that needs attention is the texts telling me it was going to take 36 days and then 28 days and then it was done in two weeks. For me it would have been better to just call me with the correct time frame only and not get incorrect the texts. Aside from that everything was great. The texts made me worried that the van wouldn't be done before my car rental would expire and the insurance wouldn't pay for it. It worked out, but it did worry me for a bit. It worked out though just fine.
