Nick White did an amazing job as my resource and key point of contact for my interaction with Northside in Cicero. He went above and beyond to communicate with me the status of my repair (for 2 months...which is a tough spot to be in). I’m an extremely tough critic, I could not have been more impressed with the results and my experience with Northside!
Special shout out to the folks up front, who greeted me with a smile and shared a laugh even when I was “grumpy” and stuffed in a “clown car” while I waited for my truck!

The work done to my truck turned out great,very pleased with it. Once I got my truck into the shop it was done in a decent amount of time, the process to get to that was a little chaotic though. The parts were on backorder so I did not get my truck into the shop untill almost a month after my original appointment, but overall I am very pleased with the experience and will come back for any truck repair I may need in the future.
