Working with the staff there was a nightmare. I felt belittled and talked down to every single time I talked to them. I even overheard a mechanic make a smart remark will I was on the phone and the lady I was talking to said 'sorry, he shouldn't have been so close to the phone.' Well, perhaps he shouldn't have said it at all. They lost my keys when the tow driver put them in the over night box and didn't address the problems I wanted looked at until after they called me to tell me my car would be ready the next day. They never updated me once to tell me what they found wrong, I had to call them and ask. I would NEVER and I do mean never do business with them again, and would most certainly not recommend them to anyone.
