When I initially entered the facility I was overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke. After arriving early for my inspection (appointment) I had to wait 45 minutes, closer to an hour before the inspector came to even address me. This impacted my ability to make a critical meeting at work. The day I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle I received a call three hours prior informing me my vehicle would not be ready, again impacting my schedule and creating more expense for me. The day I finally get my vehicle back it had not been cleaned properly, there was white residue in several areas which should have been cleaned to include the tires and windows. And the left rear tire was looked a bit low. It really appeared the it was rushed to completion. I don't believe I should have to go get my vehicle detailed after i get it back from the bodyshop over a week later.
The last time I brought my vehicle to Collision Pros I was impressed hence why I returned. This time however the entire experience was lackluster.
