Had to wait almost 3 weeks for you to get the replacement part in so you could make the repair. During the first 10 days of waiting you keep telling me the scheduled repair was on time and would be ready in 9 days. I think you need to change your update system to reflect what is actually happening. If your waiting on a part, let the customer know so they can make plans for transportation.
