I have had my vehicle repaired twice at Thompson this year. I first took my car to Thompson upon the recommendation of my Audi dealership. Thompson did a fantastic job with the body work on my first trip. My 2012 Audi A6 looked brand new. Shortly after, I needed some more body work. I returned to Thompson and was just as pleased with the repair. I will recommend Thompson to anyone in need of collision repair.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I had to have the front bumper replaced since I ran into the side of the garage pulling out of it. They did a great job fixing the bumper, however, I was very impressed that they also cleaned the outside and inside of the car. I would definitely recommend Thompson Collision to family and friends.

I couldn't be more happy with the experience I had. Having an accident and having to have your vehicle repaired is not something any one wants to happen. I am not an expert on cars and the process can be very confusing. Rob Sellers was assigned to my claim. Rod was phenomenal throughout the entire process. From the upfront estimate (he explained everything to me in great detail ensuring, answering all the questions I had) to the repairs (I received many updates along the way). I was always aware of the status of the repair and the estimated time of completion. I also had confidence in Rob that he would make sure that my car was as good as new. The effort he made to ensure the decals were authentic and my truck was repaired to it pre-accident state was very much appreciated. Rob was excellent - you have a very customer-focused employee there. I would have no issue referring anyone to your place, largely due to Rob and the focus he gave to me.
