I was consistently told some untruths and after trusting The company with my repair work the company trusted me with nothing. I told themI didn’t want to go to enterprise for a rental as Chevrolet didn’t have any at the time and they still tried to send me there. Only when I threatened to drive my car home did they find me a rental. That was to keep me from leaving and giving someone else my business. I was disappointed in every facet of my service. I definitely will not recommend anyone there and will only return myself if it’s warranty work. I could go on but I will stop here. I’ve been to Toyota to purchase a car and they let me keep the car all weekend to decide. CCOG refused to let me take my car home overnight and pay the next day. They new we had the insurance check but it hadn’t cleared because the bank name was on it so we had to deposit the check. Terribly disappointed in the entire process
