It took 7 weeks to get my car back. Probably not a big deal to someone who lives in Baton Rouge but I don't so I was left dangling in the wind for 3 weeks in hotels and on friends' couches. The text messages with updates are a nice touch or at least would have been if they were accurate and continued right up until completion. I received 8 texts assuring me everything was on track up until a week before the estimated completion date and then I was sent nothing. Troy did return all of my calls but there was nothing pro-active about it. I understand things happen that are out of our control. I just wanted to be kept in the loop. It would have been cheaper for me to buy a plane ticket to go stay with family in Michigan for three weeks. Instead I was left hanging with "we should have it next week." Just frustrating.

There were too many things still not repaired, hood was out of line, bumper was not in line, there was over spray paint on hood, a scratch on hood that was not repaired, the gate on back is out of line, drivers seat is loose.
