a bit more update on the time frame for repairs would have been helpful. otherwise, all was great. really appreciated the totally detailed car I picked up after repairs were completed.

Apparently the car was put back together incorrectly and now we will either need to bring it back to you to have it fixed again, or take it to another dealership to have it worked on. This is the second time we’ve had a repair made by Pro Collision and the second time that the car wasn’t put back together correctly.0

I liked that I got a text advising me of the progress on my car. The car after the repair job looked good as new. I would highly recommend your repair shop. You should make it more known that there’s an enterprise car rental next to Pro Collision. It made the dropping of my car extremely convenient.

Pro Collision does not need to contact me. A repair that was supposed to take one week ended up being three weeks long. One of the shop employees gave smart-Alec answers to my wife when she was trying to ask him questions. We will not be returning.
