I've already spoken with Jesse. There was a terrible lack of communication during the month that our car was being repaired. We finally received regular communications the last 4 days of the repair. When we picked up the car, I had to take it back because the shop forgot to reconnect the inside door handle mechanism. This was a frustrating experience all around. The final repairs are sound. The car drives well, we have no complaints there. The customer service was poor. I don't think there is anything more that can be done at this point. Please take care to improve your customer service for future customers.
