While I was happy that it was done early. I could then not pick it up that day which was an issue since I had a rental. I got a text in the am saying it would be done 12-31 but then less than 6 hrs later it was done. It was the fri before Christmas and I was away and unable to come back that minute.
This is the second time I used you for repairs and have been happy with everything else. When I dropped the car off I asked for an estimate on an additional issue but never received a call on it.

I was very satisfied!! Customer service was a plus...i cant remember their names but it was the lady that sits up front and the gentleman that came out and did the walk through with my vehicle. The whole process was done right! Very professional personnel and atmosphere. Was notified every day of the status of my car and repairs; that meant a lot! And the job was completed ahead of schedule and repairs were A+. This is the first time I’ve used their services but I am glad I had the choice to choose them. Repairs took too long (right at 8 weeks) and there was no communication on their end to keep me updated in a timely manner. Estimated dates were changed 3 different times. I think they took on the job when they weren't equipped to handle it on time. I was never told the car was completely ready. I just showed up to get it. I had to do too much follow up on my end. They agreed to pay for half of the deductible but I have to pay 2 months of car notes and insurance for a car that was inoperable when it was originally estimated to be completed in about 2 weeks. Nice people though!
