Overall, this experience was significantly improved compared to my first experience from two years ago. The new location and, I presume, new management have made a difference.
The automated updates (Carwise) were not entirely accurate compared to the in person, verbal discussions. Specifically, Carwise updates continually indicated I owed the deductible, which was not accurate, because it was waived. Became confusing.
The timing of the work was very good and I received the car back earlier than expected. The bumper repair was better than expected, except for the new, approximate two inch surface scratch that was not there when I dropped it off. This will need to be addressed. The spoiler was also repainted and the job was well done.
