I am glad I was called about a sensor adjustment to be done at McLaughlin ford. I got the adjustment done at bilton and got my car back 3 days earlier. McLaughlin is not the place to have work done.

It took a month for a mirror to be replaced, the item was never shipped and I was never notified until I called up there. Other than that service and staff were wonderful. Just poor tracking and communication

After waiting several days to have an appointment for an estimate, I arrived at designated time. After waiting 25 minutes, the receptionist told me the man had gone to lunch. Totally unacceptable. Had to wait several more days for another appointment. Car was not finished when promised stating that parts were on backorder. After several weeks, my car was finally fixed.
