My car was not ready when 1st promised, and I did not
Receive a call to let me know it would not be ready on
that day, and as a result I returned my loaner car to the
Car rental agency and came in to pick up my car . At that
time I was informed my car was not ready, and had to come back
5 days later. I am pleased with final job however, the car
looks great.

she explained each step of my process
with paper work then explained there
would be a representative from Hertz to
assist me with the car rental.
I was reassured with each text message
regarding the progress of the work to be

which was quoted.
As I arrived to pick up my car all
necessary paperwork was waiting for me
to sign. The process was so efficient in
so many ways and my car looked as it did
