It was my understanding for being a USAA member that I was supposed to receive an estimate prior to leaving the establishment which I did not I also believe I was supposed to be updated every two days on my vehicle I was only updated twice during the entire process. During the second "update" I was informed by their secretary that my vehicle wouldn't be done for another week but yet I found out yesterday that it's ready! Sounds like a lot of miscommunication! Sad to say, I have taken seven vehicles to this establishment and this'll be the last time that I go there with any vehicle! The service has steady declined since around the third or fourth vehicle I took over there!

Service at drop off was great and communication while my car was bein repaired was great, too (text messages are awesome!). But when I picked the car up after being told it was complete, the windshield washer reservoir was totally empty, the passenger's side headlight was not functioning, nor was the front right turn signal. These were all areas affected by my accident and should have been repaired. They were corrected ASAP - Todd had me take the car to Total Lube since it was after hours (5pm or so on Friday) and they got my car all squared away within a matter of minutes.
