My car was returned in excellent condition. The repairs restored it to as-new condition, and as a bonus the car was cleaned inside and out, looking like it had been detailed. It even had a full tank of gas!

I have trusted Mace with several vehicles. The first was my 2007 Jeep that was hit 3 separate times. When I traded it in 2019 the repairs still liked exceptional and I was given book value for the vehicle. I trusted Mace again with my Mustang after dissatisfaction with the local Ford Dealer who wanted to charge much more money and provide Zero warranty on work. I was working with Ford Corporate and got tired of waiting. My 2020 Gladiator, my 2002 Mustang and Durango also had minor body repairs that blended well to keep my cars looking new. I recommend and trust Mace as a local family owned and genuine repair shop that truly stands behind their work.

We understand parts being back ordered, but not communicating with the insurance company it would take longer created extra work for us. Please communicate with them in the future so we don't have mini-heart attacks that we owe extra on rentals when we don't.
