Firstly, every repair has been spot-on! Looks nice... clean... smells good (I know that's weird but it does and I like that). Secondly, the receptionist spotted a flaw in the insurance claim and, for pure altruistic motivations, called my insurance company and helped me get it sorted out. AWESOME!
