Vcm was very thorough and did a superb repair. They also kept us informed concerning the extent of repairs on a timely basis. All the personnel were very professional and courteous. They treated us as people, not as a repair work order number. We will give lots of free and positive advertisement.

The door is not sealed and air or wind noise is now heard when driving. I picked the car up when VCM was closing so I have not had a chance to contact VCM about the issue.

Great Service

I'm happy with the timely repair job. The repair looks better than new. Although I am concerned about the bumpers alignment under the headlights. There appears to be a larger than normal gap. If it bothers me I will return to discuss the appropriate action. Thank you again VCM. Very helpful and friendly staff.

My experience with VCM Collision could not have been any better! I haven't been in a car accident or collision requiring any body work to my vehicles since 1992. Therefore, I really had no idea what to expect when I took my truck in to be repaired. However, the service I received from the moment I walked into VCM was nothing short of extremely courteous, professional, and expedient. The entire VCM staff, from the receptionist who welcomed me, to my Insurance Claim Specialist Jeff Calibro, who ensured I was well informed throughout the repair process, down to the employees who repaired my truck better than new, I'm extremely appreciative. In the end, VCM exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to return or recommend them in the future.

The interior was not cleaned well. Dust on the dash. Paint ran, will have to bring back to have fixed.
