Jim was great in keeping me apprised of progress on my car and found all damage from the tree limb beyond what I and my insurance quick photo guys found. My car is beautiful inside and out. All staff was courteous and and took time to answer all my questions. My insurance claim agent even mentioned what great photos Jim had sent and he was pleased you all found all the damage, too!
