I was told it was ready lore Friday. Too late to pick it up. Didn’t have time Sat or Sun. Got there Monday around 10:00 or so and it was not ready. They had a hard time locating it. When they found it in the shop. They were still buffing or something and it was after 4:30 before it was ready. That really ticked me off. They told me 3 or 4 hoursand it was at least 6 hours

This is my first negative experience with Mercedes of Knoxville body shop. My wife picked up her Honda Accord after work today. The driver side mirror vibrates when driving, there are 2 scratches of significant size on mirror. There is a long scratch on top of the mirror casing. I expected the mirror to be replaced, but appears only repaired, or the new one is damaged. Also, the drivers door weather stripping on the bottom is not secured on both ends. The end toward the front sticks out.
