I have (unfortunately) had to have my car repaired by the Royal Collision Center in the past also, and each time I am very happy with the work they do! They are quick and presise and the whole staff we have encountered has been very courteous and friendly! I will always trust Royal with my car!

Had an amazing experience! Everyone from Drew, Bob, and Cheryl at the front desk were truly amazing. I was updated about my cars progress at all times and know that I can trust that my car was well taken care of. I truly appreciate everything Including the text messages! Brought CTS in to repair damage to bumper. Royal only quoted the bumper not realizing that there was trim underneath bumper that was also damaged. Royal didn't fix that. Like I would ever have wanted to fix 95% of the damage and just leave 5% of it messed up. That should have been either fixed, included in the initial estimate, or noticed while replacing bumper-- not when I cane to pick it up and said- so why is the bottom of the bumper still chipped? Dizzy then gave me a separate quote for 160 to take that off, strip, and paint it. Which would mean another rental car for me, another 160 after id already spent over 1k, plus 139 for a rental for the week. Not. Optimal.
